The Estates Project – SODIC

The project involves crafting a vibrant residential community comprising 68 villas of varying sizes and styles. Each villa features a robust core and shell, designed to meet the diverse preferences of our distinguished residents.

Complementing the villas, the project includes the construction of an Operations Building with a Gatehouse and a Sales Center. Additionally, a secure perimeter fence encloses the entire compound, ensuring privacy and safety.
