Construction of a building comprising a ground floor and 8 typical floors, with a ground floor area of 5,000 m² and a total built-up area of 45,000 m².

The facility includes an Emergency Department, Radiology Department, Dialysis Unit with 75 beds, a Burn Unit with 35 beds, 9 Intensive Care Units, and 76 inpatient rooms with a total of 455 beds.

It also features 15 major operating rooms and 7 minor operating rooms, bringing the total hospital capacity to 690 beds.
