Gaia Resort

Our project at Gaia Resort – North Coast includes the finishing of 200 buildings in the first phase, complete site layout works, and the construction of 2 swimming pools. The scope also covers the installation of general site networks (sanitary and electrical), development of internal road networks, and the construction and finishing of a 7,100 m³ fire tank and a 5,200 m³ irrigation tank, ensuring full functionality and high-quality infrastructure across the resort.
